In a one off event, in celebration of the national design survey, Blak Design Matters, the Koorie Heritage Trust has invited Bábbarra Women’s Centre to run two workshops on fabric printing.
The first will be a one day workshop for the general public and the second is for members of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
Join the women in hand-printing designs on fabric using the linocut pressing technique. You can choose to print onto a tote bag, tea towel, cushion cover or length of fabric.
