Leonie Binge
Leonie was born in Goondiwindi on the 10th of May in 1966. She has lived in the Toomalah, Boggabilla area all her life. She studied Fine arts at Boogabilla TAFE and is part of Euraba Artists & Papermakers. She works on and with paper using printmaking and pulp painting to create her carefully considered pieces. Her motives often feature repetitive patterns observed or influenced by surrounding nature as well as drawing on Goomeroi traditional symbols.
