An Australian and Dutch citizen originally from Melbourne, Alison completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours majoring in Art History and Theory, and a Master of Art Curatorship.
After a number of years working in art galleries and organisations in Melbourne, such as such as Kingston Arts, James Makin Gallery, and the Centre for Contemporary Photography, Alison moved to the City of Love in 2017.
Determined to stay in Paris, Alison has been attending intensive French-learning classes.
Alison started to work for IDAIA as a Curatorial Assistant for exhibition Ngaldjorlhbo | Mother of Everything | Mère de Toute Création in Paris in May 2018.
Since then Alison has been providing curatorial and digital marketing assistance, bringing an adorable je-ne-sais-quoi to the team.
Passionate about Paris, Alison has created her own art and food blog La Galerie Femme.
